    Will is a Ph.D. student in Philosophy at the University of Maryland, where he concentrates in the philosophy of mind and language and cognitive science with a special interest in the application of work in linguistics, evolutionary biology and psychology to traditional philosophical questions about the nature and limits of reason. He holds an M.A. in Philosophy from Northern Illinois University and a B.A. in the Humanities and Studio Art from the University of Northern Iowa. Will is employed at The Institute for Humane Studies in Arlington, Virginia, where he is a Program Director.
