    Larry Sanger was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy in 2000 and the degree of Master of Arts in Philosophy in 1995 by Ohio State. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 1991 at Reed College. Dr. Sanger is employed as editor-in-chief of Nupedia.com, a peer-reviewed, open content online encyclopedia. Sanger continues to research and write about philosophy in his spare time. He is also an avid Irish traditional fiddle player and has taught fiddle for a living.
